My double fillet bondi burger was stacked very messily with one of the patties almost falling out and sauce dripping out everywhere in the packaging. The chips were lukewarm and not fresh.. disappointing for an oportos. The jalapeno bites were fresh and hot and the service was nice/quick, only reason im giving it 3 stars.

Oportos is one of my favourite fast food restaurants and this one was disappointing. It just felt rushed as both burgers we ordered fell apart and the chips were so hot we had to wait 10 minutes to eat them.Food: 3/5

Unfortunately they don't accept Amex at this store ‍ I went to pay for my order using my phone and forgot that I only had Amex in my digital wallet. So I ended up cancelling the $45 order and went to McDonald's next block down as they accept Amex.  It's a shame that a major food chain franchise doesn't accept a major card.

what can i say, another great Oporto store with tasty burgers and chicken, drive-thru is reasonable quick, one let down i saw is the lack of rubbish bins on the carpark, you need to go inside the store to dispose of the waste, entry to the store is tricky, road is very busy with traffic.

Worst experience that we have, we order inside the store for take away of whole chicken feed with 2 choices of baste on the top of it. when we arrived at home. open the box, it’s terrible. chicken no baste. my wife choice the Oporto coz she likes the baste on the chicken.  for take away order, check the order before you leave the store. Don’t trust THEM.

I go here often. Sometimes there is a wait but you know the food is being cooked fresh. They have a waiting bay but i don't think it ever gets used? The other Oporto nearby had no drive thru and is now closed anyway so this is the one to come to.

Bought the whole Chicken meal and it was so undercooked and sloppy. Also purchased a side of corn and that was basically poured out of a can into there container. Terrible. I rang to speak to someone and no one picked up.

Quality was good. I got the box meal with the strips and bondi burger i did the upsize for $1 the meal went from $16 to $19. Not sure how that works

Great service from the staff member that served us. Food was fresh and kindly delivered to our table with a smile.

OPORTO restaurant is one of the big chain in NSW for fast food and grilled chicken. Theu serve h9gh quality halal chicken in the city. They have best tastiest sauces sandwich. It's highly recommended. However the serving in of each dish is not value for money. So this restaurant can be considered as on the expensive side. But above all if you are looking for a quick bite and a short meal, OPORTO is the best option you have. They also deliver via MENULOG, UBER EATS and Delivroo. One last thing when you order from these delivery drivers, Please give them a small tip. Thank you
