Nobody seems to care what's going on beyond the tills. The place is disgusting. Honestly. Watched a member of staff come out to tidy the seated area. She pushed 3 chairs in and walked back into the kitchen. Complete disregard for the cleanliness and presentation. I just can not come back here.nnIf you feel the need, zoom into the photos I took.
Worst ever!!!!!nnWe were gobsmacked over the disgraceful attitude from the girl in drive through...nnThis happened a few months ago and just remembered today when I saw the spring from your Postmix machine in my centre console....the one that flew out the window and hit our car..nThe girl just laughed and didn't even bother to check for damage...nWe had no energy at the time because we had just left our son in icu....nShe stood there arguing with the guy out the back,don't know how he was being so calm with her...nnWe asked what her name was and she replied buy saying your not getting it and slammed the windows....nnShe was the large girl with brown hair..nI'm thinking you would know who she is because I would think she gets a lot of complaints...nnHopefully she doesn't work there any more.nLiterally the worst customer service we have ever experienced...nnCrew on the weekends during the day make the best food...
This place is just okay. My food was disappointing, but the coffee was great. The cleanliness was a major issue—despite the place not being busy, it was quite dirty. It would be appreciated if an employee was assigned to keep the dining area clean. I could see staff inside chatting, so it's clear there were enough people available. The service was also lacking. The girl who served me had poor customer service skills, though I’ve noticed that the managers are much more professional. Perhaps some training on customer interactions would help. Additionally, the wait times are consistently long.nThe food quality varies depending on what you order, but overall, the staff seem disengaged. It might be beneficial to hire employees who are more attentive and willing to provide better service.
Visited this store on Saturday around 1pm. This is unquestionably the most disgusting and filthy place I have ever visited. The health department needs to visit. The cashier was wonderful no issues there. The dining room was beyond disgusting. One of the booths was missing the entire backrest. The booths near the counter stank of urine, can only imagine what state the toilets were in for people to feel the need to just urinate in a booth. Floors and all tabletops were filthy, the rubbish bin was so overfull with litter spilling out onto the floor. We had to take our food and attempt to eat it in the car. McDonald's do better. Disgusting!!
What sort fast food restaurant takes 40 minutes to cook 4 burger and 3 pack of fries? And also I’m pretty sure I ordered French Fries instead of French Shallow Fries.
