I received my order, and the box and bag were completely covered in grease, and they were also torn. The grease got on my pants and shirt, ruining my clothes. Additionally, one of the side items was missing. This was a really bad dining experience.
March 2025. Ordered a crispy chicken B&C burger box at the drive thru at 10.00AM right at the time when store opens. Got home opened my box and what i got is a slimy old undercooked piece of chicken without skin and the batter was all over the chicken and around not fully cooked. Chips were ok though, gravy was a little watery but was ok to be ingested. Next i opened my burger and again found no bacon and cheese in the burger and chicken patty was ok, it was not freshly cooked. Now what surprises me is at 10AM when the store opens, the customers expect freshly cooked items and not stale and undercooked chicken. This is very surprising. However i putting another cross on one of their stores to not order again and would recommend the others to do the same! Also i have taken the pictures of the food order for evidence for future purposes and reference! Ill be also posting it shortly!
This is my local KFC and my orders are almost always accurate one extra sauce missing here or there and certainly always delicious.nThe reason why I still give 5 stars is that the only time in years I had an issue with my order, not only did the manager Josh acknowledge it, but also solved in a great way. This gives me confidence to continue eating there knowing they will do the right thing.
Worst chicken ever!nI received chicken that had been fried a long long long time ago.nThe batter was very very very thick.nNever again acacia ridge branch
Gave you a pass last time, same crappy service, made to stand at Counter and ask to be severed as both front employees working wouldn't serve. I ask for a gravy and the second time in a row they don't have it. Rsther than say anything they give me a potato and gravy. To be told they don't have gravy. Wasn't offer a refund
