Mahendra's Indian Cuisine

This is probably one of the best places in the area to grab a curry. They appear to do a lot of takeaway but the dine in has surprisingly quick service, and we have never tried a dish we haven't liked (working down the menu dish by dish now).

This place is my favourite Indian takeaway. The cheese and garlic naan bread is to die for. Great prices too. Their ATM machine is a bit temperamental. Works when it wants to. Lovely hot, consistent food. Family owned I think. I've been getting takeaway from there for years.

People are very good and very friendly, nice talking. Foods are bit stuffy, much cheese and other stuff. Indian Masala very effective. It’s my personal opinion if a person suffering with Gallstones, probably it’s not the suitable place to have food here. Need improvements in the cleanness, but slowly hopefully they will get there.

My go-to for Indian. They make the best naan around. It is a little pricey for the decor and all the dishes present in the same way, but the flavours are rich and strong, and delicious! I tend not to review the spice levels as it tends to generate the "not hot enough for me" machismo, such a bore. It's Indian food, they'll make it spicy if you want it that way.
