No one was on the counter despite a huge line-up of people waiting to order/fix their order from the broken machines. I understand that they may have been understaffed however we were left waiting 25 minutes alongside other customers to order. There was only one person in front of us and they were waiting the same amount of time.
The worst experience! Avoid this McDonalds at all cost!. Burger missing patties, Patties not cooked, ingredients missing to the burgers. To wait 30 minutes to then open up your burger to find patty missing in your cheese burger and your partner missing everything on there burger apart from some sauce and under cooked meat! Shocking! Staff terrible and just stand around and watch the store /orders crash and burn around them. No management/lack of it! Horrible horrible horrible.
i order twice, my servers: grace and mackenzie. service was INCREDIBLE i will be coming back. my food was fast and very yummy. maccas give these girls raises. thank you for a wonderful experience.
This is the worst one I have ever been to. The food is never fresh, you’d better check your order carefully because they never give you the right thing. The manager is very useless, unfriendly and often ignores the staff and customers. The staffs are very untrained! I don’t even want to give them any stars.
Always something wrong from my doordash order have ordered 8 times and only had 2 orders without issue. Twice have not received my mcflurry and have been refused compensation from doordash for missing item would be nice if McDonald's alerted door dash item wasn't available or admitted to there mistake if it was a one off issue I'd understand but it's constant never had this issue with other McDonald's so consistently
Received undercooked chips, went back to the counter and was ignored, had to ask for someone to come over. Gave me new chips and they were undercooked also. The burger pattie tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Paid for red onion and lettuce to receive hardly any on my burger. They also gave me Vanilla Coke instead of normal Coke. Awful food, awful service.
Very slow service late at night. Always 15min+ delays and wait times for food. Not ideal for a so called fast food restaurant
Great place right near a train station only downside is lots of people smoke near there. But good takes a while when busy but none the less it's great staff and peopleFood: 5/5
For a fast food chain, it’s surprising that you don’t get your food fast here. Once you order, you have to wait about ten minutes for your number to get called, even if the store isn’t that busy - seems to be understaffed. If you can go to the McDonald’s on High Street instead, I recommend doing it.
Heartbeat of Glenferrie: You know that they are open for 24 hrs and they serve you well: Coffees, classic burgers, pancakes, hash browns - they don’t go wrong. 5 out of 5 for their service. Shoutout to all the trainees, keep up the good work!
