We stopped in for breakfast on our way on to Melbourne. We were surprised by how fast we got our food and it was busy.nBut the most impressive thing was when my daughter left her phone behind and we were already 2 hours further on our journey. The manager Brian, promptly took it to the post office and forwarded it to our onwards address. Super friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Mate, this is meant to be a fast food restaurant and with the time it took you guys, did you go outside and catch the cow to milk yourself. All I ordered was a frappe and Sunday both in caramel.Not only was the flavour wrong but it took so long, I was the only person there. This has happened on multiple occasions worst McDonald's ever.
10 Consecutive orders through drive and 10 times sauces, fries and shaker sachets have been missing, gone in and complained, the managers don't seem to have a care in the world that their customers are not getting treated correctly or getting their correct order. When you have to remind 2 staff members in the drive thru to make sure your sauces are in the bag, and they still don't get it right there is obviously a bigger issue at hand. I Will not be going back that's for sure.
Food and drinks were good! Chips nicely salted, finally got a flat white without half a cup of foam! All in all food was good.
It remains a McDo like any other in terms of food and customer servicennPoints to improve however, the speed of service and the attention of the orders, fries or nuggets are often missingnnI can’t wait to see the building after the current work at the end of 2024 to see the result
