This was your typical KFC food munch. Bought two, three piece meal boxes with hot and spicy they did not have enough hot and spicy. So we got a little regular chicken as well to make up the three pieces. Got a chicken nuggets meal for my son, and he enjoyed that as well.nnService was still quick and accurate to what we had ordered and even got some extra serviettes to cover any messy eating.nnThe food is the same wherever you go, love the hot and spicy, which is crunchy and fresh.nnIf you liked my review, please click on the blue hand or heart and let us know how you felt about it. Chicken was dry and the skin was rock hard, couldn't bite into it.nChips were way undercooked.nChicken nuggets were well overcooked.nStore was dirty..nService was nice.nUnfortunately wasted money
Food was actually lovely tonight for a change, cooked fresh, the gravy was properly made tonight and not runny powdered gravy like it normally is. On the other hand, I’m generally very disappointed in the customer service, in particular the juniors who work there, they all stand around not doing anything and they do not serve you with a smile or a positive attitude. Something seriously needs to be done about the junior staff members because they clearly cannot do their job.
I would like to shoutout to Kyarhn, his smile when we were greeted was an exceptional first impression and an absolute stand out for his customer service! We don’t travel through Kingaroy often but when we are there, we will be sure to return here for a quick lunch thanks to Kyarhn! Keep up the great work!
