Convenient location with heaps of parking spaces.. Excellent staff.. plenty of self-serve counters..ambience is much better than other Meccas - some good decorations when we went there Christmas and New Year time... Seating couches are in a fairly decent condition.. Nice n cosy play area for the kids.. Food was served hot and tasted yumm... Kid-friendliness: Nice play area.. great decorations during the festive season of Christmas.. Parking: Sufficiently huge enough parking spaces - not too narrow lots.. easy access... Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.. looked good...
Stopped to get breaks but needed to go to the toilet first... this is what I found, hence no longer wanting to buy my food from this establishment. Disgusting. Toilet does not look like ot has been cleaned for a very long time, and it cannot be said that the toilet is due to be cleaned and customers have left it untidy, look at the grime on the bottom silver part of the door, look at the grime on the tiles and have a good look at the basin, hasn't been cleaned for months by the looks, the plug hole needs a good scrub and the front and under the drain is disgustingly dirty. Will never stop at Boronia again, the staff and franchisees should be ashamed of the condition of the public toilet, considering what we have all endured over the last few years, well below standards. Disgusting.
—————————————————————— I came to update my review. You guys have earned it. In my 4 or so trips back here since the above coffee “incident”, my burgers have been on point. Almost billboard quality. I don’t have a photo because I’ve been so pumped I ate them all straight away. Whoever is on burgers right at this moment is *chefs kiss* My partner wants to know what’s up with her missing cheeseburger onions though. From 1 star to 4.
I first needed to use the toilet, the urinal was full and overflowing on to the floor everywhere. Anyone can have a plumbing issue. Then I ordered a small cheeseburger meal with no pickle. I watch my cheeseburger sit there for easily 5 minutes before the fries and drink were added. I ask for it to be made fresh without pickle, waited for it to be made again, and my cheeseburger not only had pickle, but also looked liked it had been jumped on.
Chips hard and stale, at least they were warm. Burger was hard and tasted strange. Nuggets were great. Might just need to ask them to whip it up fresh because seems like my food was sitting there for hours before I got it.
If I could give 0 I would. Orders continuously wrong, when you let them know they just say "oh sorry about that" if you were sorry you would correct the mistakes and figure out where your process is failing but you don't. Cannot dislike them enough
Ordered a large filet o fish meal in the drive thru, didn't take it out of the box until I was down the road. To my surprise, there was no filet of fish in it just the cheese and sauce!!!! What an absolute disgrace, it's got 3 things in it and they couldn't get that right, what a joke!!
Got my Parma burger do they call it parmi? That’s illegal McDonalds sort yourselves out but or alternatively you could call it the BYOB so it was like a build your own burger it comes with a small head of lettuce that you have to break apart and add to your burger then you have to place all the other ingredients into their proper positions the quarter pounder was a similar game as well it’s a lot of fun and gives you tremendous satisfaction when you eat the burger you made yourself and I must say the Parma burger was surprising not terrible! 2023 update: I have to say that are about 18 thousand times better than Baysy and Kilsyth Maccas. I will only go here now.
Ordered two thick shakes at 8:44pm, I am writing this review at 9:03pm and still have not received my order. Horrendous service. It’s not hard to tell someone the machine is broken… 1 star from me don’t eat or order here.
Service can be a little slow here but last time I was their I watched a girl ask the manager a question and was just ignored. Also ordered an apple pie and it was stone cold. Google has asked me to review my review and I can honestly say the service definitely has not changed.Food: 4/5
