I've eaten subway around 5 times a week for 12 years from many different stores, and this one is consistently the best. In both what you are served. And how you are served. Also not the most expensive prices. I actually drive past my local Subway to go there...it is worth it.

Good service and Kind Staff, however my wrap was wrapped a little sloppily.
The staff were great, we had the seafood sensation subs and seafood sensation salad, at least we could taste the seafood sensation not like Ferntree Gully basically waved it over the top. Boronia was Fantastic the service and attitude. Keep up the great work.
Got a chicken sub today and have to say it was just nasty. Dry stale roll, none of the requested sauces and chopped chicken not a breast piece.
As a courier driver, road timing is everything. The faster we get the delivery done the better. I arrived at Subway promptly and ended up waited for half an hour for the order. It was only until a staff member approached me, asked me for my order number and then started making it- are you kidding me? I felt terrible for the customer and I felt like I completely wasted my time. We get like $7 per delivery, and for me to have waited for half an hour, then drive to and from takes like 50mins. How incompetent of them, why aren't you working better!! I could have been delivering other food to other people. As a franchise, I thought you would have better systems put in place. Next time don't except orders if you cannot deliver.
Fkn cookies were crunchy ffs
The solitary staff member they had on was nice and worked quickly. But one staff member for a weekday lunch time isn’t good enough. Waited nearly 10 minutes for service. The store itself is the standard dank, outdated late 90’s look.
Do not come here to eat, you will be waiting 10+ minutes to be served. The staff seem too caught up in their social life, talking on their phones, and when they do decide to undertake the job they're being paid to do, the service is horrible. The tasty, classic subway meals you love and enjoy are not worth enduring these pathetic obstacles. Business seems family owned which would explain the terrible work ethic infringed in staff. Staff working that had no sense of motivation to do their job were both working as hard as you would a job that pays $5 an hour, the equivalent to a fish and chip shops hiring a 16 year old to work there.
Seriously stingy, I had a footlong meatball sub and only got 3 meatballs in each half of the sub, and 4 thin slices of tomato on the whole thing. The manager was staring over the shoulder of the girls working there and you could just tell how uncomfortable they were. When I arrived at the POS station customer service was practically non existent. Hands down the worst Subway restaurant I've been to. Will be definitely worth going to the slightly further away Bayswater store in the future.
