Came here at night for a cuppa and as I walk in it was tragic. Rubbish on the tables, rubbish bin full and chips on the table. Truly a sad place. As I was taking photo of the area they wanted me to remove photos of employee for courteous reason which I did but seems like they could've done more to clean the place. Food is average for a Mecca's. Plenty of parking and a large playground area. I reckon even with 2 star it seems too generous. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Ordered 3 large chocolate sundae’s just now. Only chocolate ice cream available, well that was better than last night when “their machine wasn’t working “nNeeded a receipt but the girl turned and walked away without the offer of a receipt and before I could then ask for one. Then disappointed with the amount of ice cream and sauce for a large sundae.nMorley needs to do so much better than the sub par service always on offer there since it’s reopening after the fire.
The store was absolutely filthy. The tables and bins were overflowing with rubbish. The staff seemed to be in the kitchen talking to each other. This is unusual for this store. As the day time staff have it very clean. See below for an example of the bin in the childrens playground area
I hate to complain.. but waiting about 5 mins for THIS Big Mac? How? There’s definitely a limit on the enjoyment one can derive from a burger made with such indignation and/or incompetence.
All I wanted to order through the drive through was an after school treat of 4 soft serve cones with a flake on top.nNo flakes! When I was handed the soft serves through the serve window they were already melting and not great looking.nSorry, I wouldn't bother going there again. Disappointing.
