I guess the staff were too busy and stressedtoday. I asked for 2 zinger boxes, 1 large and 1 regular. There were no fries in regular, instead a plain bun.
Just took 4 pieces of chicken from their drive through I've got the worst chicken extra smaller in size..So sad to see KFC Doing this to my hard earn money
I prefer my food to be hair/feather free. I guess the chicken was still flying when it was being fried. The wings are all feathery.
I purchased the Family Feast along with Wicked Wings from KFC tonight. However, upon opening the box at home, I was disappointed to find Original Chicken instead of the Wicked Wings I ordered. This isn't the first time such a mistake has occurred with my order. My family is growing increasingly frustrated with these errors from KFC. It's disheartening to see such repeated mistakes. I sincerely hope that KFC takes decisive steps to improve their quality control processes to ensure that customers receive the correct items they order.
10 past 5 on a Monday and I don’t know when the last time I went to KFC was which I told the employee. The girl who took my drive thru order still treated me like I was a donkey. I asked for a snack popcorn chicken and small chips. I then asked if I could have it in a meal instead and she said “what in a meal?” .. uhh the popcorn chicken I asked for?nI don’t think I can describe how miserable this girl sounded. The following girl was no different with “enjoy your day” in a monotone voice after staring at me with no expression.nYour employees literally sound severely depressed or stoned. I would be suggesting the mental health employee program to the Morley branch.
