Ordered a large combination meal which was supposed to come with 18 nuggets in the box. Upon arriving home I realised they were missing so decided to complain online. The store responded by offering me a free 10 nuggets next time I visited. No thanks. I'll drive an extra 5 minutes to a better KFC.

Well I think the popcorn chicken is just fine as most of the chicken, don't know why some complain. They always have good deals that update regularly. They do chip specials more than any of the leading take away restaurants, for example right now have large chips for just $2 and before it was regular size for $1, and they always keep it going often so great place for that. Also if you go later sometimes you can get a little extra sometimes cause they cleaning out shop for the night, but only certain things, for example go late and get a popcorn go bucket you usually get it filled to near the top, where in the busy day it can be a little stingy lol One last thing I loved that I had free chips and chicken before due to a long wait one time, and the other time it was late and rainy so they felt sorry or something, plus I was like the only customer that day haha... Just got 3 chicken strips in a go bucket (bonus 😇)

Ordered 4 pieces of Original Recipe Fried Chicken and one Coleslaw The chicken was soaking in oil and not crispy. Coleslaw tasted good though

Everything we asked for for on the menu they didnt have. The popcorn chicken was the most putrid thing I've ever had in my mouth. Excessive salt burnt my mouth. Asked if everything was there when we finally got our order, was told "yes', it wasn't!! Had to wait another 30 mins to get my missing popcorn chicken!

Constantly disappointed. Food is dry at best, when available. I work late so in their last hour until close nothing is ever available. For a busy take out this is absurd, you clearly have constant customers so closing the kitchen 45mins early is unacceptable and plain lazy!
