This is the situation at 10pm on Saturday. The manager is clueless and not in control. The tables are dirty. The bins are over flowing. Over 3,000 bad reviews and obviously the management doesn’t care. Been 35 minutes waiting for my order and that’s just for takeaway. Just stay away folks for your own sanity.
Terrible service. They're always late, it's always dirty. How is it possible there are more than 10 people working and the place is in this condition? And why does it take so long to complete the delivery? Total disorganization. There's no order, no leadership, no supervision. Don't waste time and money in this place. It looks like a kindergarten.
Ordered a classic Angus burger meal.nThe burger was cold immediately and had no onion despite it being part of the order.nnThe restaurant was filthy and the door to the restaurant auto locks so you have to let staff let you innnTheir self serve order kiosks have no paper so if you're gonna order pay at counter.
I am writing to raise a concern about the service I recently received at your store.nnDuring my visit, I requested Big Mac sauce for my nuggets. I was told by staff that the restaurant had “run out of the tubs,” which I later understood to mean that the pre-packaged tubs from the fridge were unavailable. Despite this, staff refused to simply place the sauce into a container, even though it would have taken only a few seconds.nnTo make matters worse, part of my order was also missing. When I returned to the counter to collect the forgotten items, I asked again for the Big Mac sauce. This time, staff were able to put the sauce into a tub without issue—something I had originally been told was not possible.nnThis inconsistency not only caused unnecessary frustration, but also reflected poorly on the level of customer service. As a regular customer, I expect staff to make reasonable efforts to fulfill simple requests, especially when it involves standard menu ingredients that are clearly available.nnThis has happened on multiple occasions…….nnI would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to ensure better consistency and customer service at this location. We recently ordered a Double Quarter Pounder from McDonald’s, and it was extremely disappointing. Both burger patties were cold and felt like bricks. This is not the standard we expect from a global brand. We hope McDonald’s ensures fresh, hot food is served in the future.
