The food I received was served cold and tasted stale. Additionally, the manager on duty exhibited unprofessional behavior, acting as he were the sole authority in the establishment. This experience has left me deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by your night manager. It is unacceptable for customers to be treated in such a manner, especially when mistakes have been made on the part of the restaurant.
the dirtiest and most unorganised maccas i’ve ever visited. Waited 20 minutes for my food when there was nobody else and they still managed to get my order wrong TWICE. Whrn asking the staff to clean the tables they were rude and didn’t seem bothered had to ask them multiple times. will never return back do not recommend
Absolutely infuriated by my abysmal experience at McDonald's Mirrabooka! The tables resembled a war zone – torn paper, liquid chaos, and burgers casually lounging on the seats. Shockingly, rather than rectifying the chaos, the managers shamelessly indulged in racial abuse! To add fuel to the fire, the crew consistently botched our orders without a care in the world, dismissing our complaints with arrogance. The toilets were a horror show, with unsightly smudges of human fecal matter in every corner. This establishment is a disgrace, a horror show that annihilates both your hunger and your mood. Avoid at all costs!
I’m certain the staff here purposely try to FK your day!! Can’t make a simple burger! Cover the whole thing in sauce so it drowns it and is practically inedible! Forgot the lettuce tomato and onion on an Angus burger! Have problems every single time I order here!
The bad reviews are justified. A simple chocolate frappe turned out to be half ice and cream. No chocolate. Absolutely disgusting. The customer service is non existent. Staffed by people who have little grasp of English and completely ignorant of basic food hygiene handling techniques.
