Noisey beeping sound. Staff called me love. I'm old enough to be her grandfather. Filthy floors and tables. Bin overflowing with rubbish.
Went through McDonald’s drive thru the other morning at about 3am. Only to be told “we’re not taking orders”. What are they doing then? What happened to the drive thru being open 24/7. Just ridiculous. As well as every time I go to McDonalds 9 times out of 10 there’s always something out of stock and the customer service is ridiculous. They never acknowledge you like they use too, there don’t even give you a smile. McDonald’s Swan Hill use to be great years ago but now it’s just terrible.
The service at this place is extremely preposterous. The actions and comments of the barista were completely obnoxious and she was racially motivated. I would not be expecting this form of behaviour in a racially integrated society. Definitely do not recommend. The staff requires of training in handling customers affairs
The floor and tables were quite filthy, maybe they unruly customers but then I seen the bins overflowing. Telling me the place wasn't being cleaned regularly. This is by far the worst Macca's I have been in.
Whole place very dirty.nBig guy with glasses maybe manager swearing and complaining it was quite busy. He was being loud enough for customers to hear. Terrible telling other staff member off loudly.
