This Maccas deserves a higher rating than it has! It has a drive through, plenty of seating, bathrooms, play equipment, quick service and is easy to get to!nnI parked the car, ordered a coffee on my phone and by the time I walked through the door it was ready for me to pick up. All of the staff were friendly and Australian and I had 2 good experiences!
Ordered 2 soft serve ice creams, large chips and a small Coke for our drive back home to Donald. Ice cream was un-lickable, being hard on the outside, potentially too cold for soft serve and the 'flakes' had a funky taste to them.
Shop was overall clean.nnIt was about 10am and not busy, yet took some time to get served which was not good and no apology.nnI placed my order and when received went back to my motel room to eat.nnI thought I would try the double bacon and egg muffin. I was extremely dissapointed as the muffin lid was far smaller than the bottom with only a tiny piece of bacon.nI wanted to go back to complain as was angry, but would not be bothered to waste my time so overall, although tasted good, was very poor value for money as 2 bites and it was gone.nThe only thing good was the hash brown.nnHungry Jack's for me from now on.
Stopped at McDonald’s Swan Hill on the way home from Adelaide and had a really upsetting experience. The manager knocked loudly on the playground window and yelled at my young son to stop touching the door handle.nnMy son is autistic and wasn’t doing anything wrong—he’s just anxious after previously being locked in a McDonald’s playground. The way this was handled was completely inappropriate and very distressing for him.nnA calm, respectful approach to parents would have been much more appropriate, especially in a family environment.nnA formal complaint has been made to McDonald’s as it was the manager who did this.
Ordered a bundle meal. Had to go back because they forgot 2 chip boxes and they couldn't even count to 20 because there was not 20 nuggets in the pack!nNothing too bad but also not hard to get right!
