Had dinner from Swan Hill KFC on 12 sept and I would never go there again, the counter where they pack the meals was.covered with old chips and popcorn chicken that they were brushing off onto the floor . The chips were being flicked through from the back of the chip station through to front and getting mixed with the dirty ones on the bench and our potato and gravy containers were covered on the outside with chunks of old dry flaky blobs of gravy. The whole place was disgusting and needs a thorough clean the food did not not taste fresh it was the worst KFC I have ever had.
We stood for 5 minutes waiting to be served, but we were ignoble by 3 staff members as they walked past numerous times. They didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge us and say they would be with us shortly. And no, we don't do screen orders. We want face to face ordering. Shame on you, KFC Swan Hill. It's no wonder we don't visit KFC and the likes anymore. Your lack of customer service is appalling. This is the last time.
I cannot give 5 as the KFC is not offering best food not for store, to be honest, this store is far better than someone in Melbourne. For myself, I am quite happy for my experience.
Big Shout out to Kentucky Fried Chicken Swan Hill .. Your Food Is Trash We ordered 2 x 3pc Meals today For Lunch .. The Amount of OIL in the food you could Cook French Fry’s For the Next Month .. The Stomach Pains in Less than 20 Min After Eating it Were Horrendous and Mind you it’s Not the First Time Either .. .. We Won’t be Back Again and Mind you we As customers Pay Big Money For this Rubbish Food .. I’m Hoping Health Inspectors visit your Premises More Often .. Rant Over
Around 7.50pm i order from app 'Cheap as Chips' I take back home and see just have 6pcs chicken not 8pcs, so disappointed
