Visited here Australia day, really busy and took ages to get my order. They served wrong burger I ordered Aussie Angus deluxe but no bacon inside I complained and they made new one. It was really yum I loved it but took forever to get new one they didn't let me know it's ready and I should have got it myself on the counter. And they forgot mustard sauce for nuggets. Ordered table service for hot cakes and coffee. 12 minutes later hot cakes arrived, and they were partially frozen in the centre of the stack, coffee had been given to someone else so they had to find it. Yes they're busy, but this level of service is something else.Food: 1/5
I swear to god this place hires the most useless members of society who don’t even know how to pull a handle and put ice cream in a cup. How hard can it be? You literally don’t even have to handle the ingredients like a burger, pour the ice cream into the cups and fill them to the top for once, monkeys. This is literally the easiest menu item to make.
The minimum cleaning standards of this McDonald's are abhorrent. It was not an overly busy time and we had to ask to have our table cleaned... the girl came annoyed with a soaking cloth, wiped over the table, came back with a dry towel and that was it. Didn't clean anything else, no disinfectant... even for McDonald's this isn't good enough. This is the worst McDonald's restaurant I've been to.
Got through drive-thru in under 5 mins, drinks and fries was awesome, thank you guys. The only downside I had was the crispy chicken patty which was stale as, and I didn't realise that it was until I returned home.
Food often cold, when drive through used that can be really annoying. Went in store one day so I could deal with it, and as usual, I had to take 4 small fries packs back to counter for being cold, was given 4 replacements that were not hot at all, like it was hanging over the vat too long before being salted. The staff were sorry, which is cool, but unable to fix the issue. [family value box for me] Parking: heaps, never seen it full.
Here's an idea guys. Why not rebadge your illuminated sign out the front to read "open 24 hours sometimes"? For the second time in as many days my attempt to make a simple purchase of a coffee was met with "we're not serving customers today as we're upgrading our software". Really? Two days in a row! Lift your game guys and get some enthusiastic staff who want to be at work!!
Ordered via the screen... printouts didn't work... staff on didn't care... ordered 2 apple pies.. they got bagged up ready, and after seeing them sit on the counter and the person calling out orders just looking bored I pointed out my order and the fact no one else was waiting for them and asked if I could have them before they got cold... and they reluctantly gave me them.
A very busy drive thru. Takes ages for the food to arrive. Asked for a receipt and at the pay area, we were told she doesn't have a printing machine and asked us to drive thru and said we could ask them. We went to the drive thru pick up area and they could not print a receipt and said they will email it to us and everyone who ordered in store got a receipt. Very odd.
I paid for a full meal for my family and to my fault I should have checked the meal before leaving because I didn't receive my sons meal.. they also claimed to be unable to make 30% of the menu. This is not the first bad experience from this specific maccas either which is dissapointing. I wouldn't bother ordering from the store or from delivery apps as you WONT receive your whole meal that you pay for.
