Drive thru ….. I had to repeat myself 3 times at the speaker, she had trouble understanding me so drove to the window and still didn’t get it right. I asked for a Chicken burger with cheese and extra extra lettuce, Got my food, the burger was on its side in the bag with my 2 large fries, got home opened my burger box and boy was I cheesed right off ………. To management train your staff ……. Or better yet, employ competent people, that have customer service skills and also know how to make burgers. Oh and the chips were crappy too !!! WTAF!!
A good experience when comparing to recent meals from McDonald's. Fries were fresh, hot and not over salted. Everything else was as expected. Only issue is sauce for nuggets wasn't in the bag.
Waited 20 minutes tonight for our order. 5 minutes at the speaker, drive thru operator didn’t even look at us when we paid. Then waited 20 minutes for our food. To drive home and find that they had left out the 20 pack of nuggets. Now do you think they’ll pick up their phone! Absolutely abysmal service.
i was waiting for about 20 minutes while my burger was made before 5.nthe staff on 24/8 were clueless to what they were doing, focused on drive through but not enough people doing counter.na man infront of me probably waiting at least 15-20 minutes before he got served at the counter.nit’s fast food for a reason.
This is what we were presented with bins also were also full and some were missing entirelynnI couldn’t find one table that wasn’t dirty
