This was, without a doubt, the single worst experience I've had at this place. I went to pick up six different meals, and they managed to mess up everything in the most infuriating ways.nFirst, what's the point of having a menu on your cups if you're not going to mark what's inside? I specifically asked for a Coke and was handed a Coke No Sugar. I did not ask for that, it's so disgusting it went straight down the sink without a second thought. What a waste.nThen, to make matters even more insulting, a thick shake was handed to me in the drink tray to while I waited for the rest of our food. Are you serious? Who sends out a cold, dairy drink to sit in the sun before the food is even ready?nAfter all that, the six meals we waited 10-15 minutes for were dry, cold, and utterly unappetizing. This place is a joke. It's not worth your time or money. You'd be better off making your own burgers or going anywhere else. This dump has always been terrible and always will be.
Ordered food at 3pm and didn't receive it until 3:30pm and even then it was still wrong and had to send it back. 5 other people were waiting for theirs, one man had ordered on the app 30 minutes prior and still hadn't received his food, twice he went up to the counter to ask how long his food was going to be, the girl he spoke to couldn't tell him and offered no apology when he received his order 10 minutes later. The girls behind the counter were too busy chatting with their friends that came in rather than actually doing what they were supposed to be doing
Not only do you have to check that all your food is in the bag, now you have to check that your burger actually contains meat.
From the moment we ordered the girl got our order wong 3 times. Still incorrect at payment. Get order still wrong.nAnother family member ordered and theirs was incorrect also. Toastie barely warm, after taking it back they just pulled the tomato out. Really poor service.
It's 24 hours now but if you get anything after 10 your at risk of food poisoning got this burger cooked on one side and raw on the other both patties were like this
