Drove through town after 10pm on a Sunday night and pulled in to get a late dinner after a concert. The young lass who served us at the drive through and prepared and served our meal also, was very friendly. A lovely pleasant surprise. She cooked the chips fresh and the burgers also tasted fresh and well prepared. A great experience and well done to that young lady for her pleasant manner and service, thank you.
Unfortunately I have had to change my 4-star review to now just one star. With the recent changes over the last few years this place has gone downhill. The process of ordering food with the screen system works ok however on finalising my order, there was a 20-minute wait for a medium cheeseburger meal. On receiving my meal I immediately left the dirty establishment and went to my car where I found that the cheeseburger and fries were already cold. The restaurant was full of standing customers waiting for food and the drive-thru was full with at least 8 cars waiting to order as well.
Big Mac had a hair in it. Poor quality control and disgusted with a hair in my food Example of expensive food that made my stomach turn when I found this hairy burger
Update 13/04/2024 still closed at 04:18am..nnSign out the front says open 24 hours tried to open the door but it was locked as I am walking drive thru is not good for me as I do not want to be squashed again.nIf you say open 24 hours, then open 24 and not say open at 5am.
There is a young man on the drive through that is always super friendly and he just makes my day! Such fantastic customer service!
