Typical KFC, not particularly great, but not bad either. Was clean so that was definitely a great.
Received very poor quality customer service by a staff member wearing the badge named Jocelyn while in drive thru, she spoke to us very rudely and gave us dirty looks. Her overall manner was quite rude and she represented kfc very poorly.
Best kfc I’ve been too! Service is always prompt and friendly, restaurant is always clean and food is always hot! Great for dinner with family or even just a quick lunch on break :
Went through drive through only. Customer service person was over efficient and verging on rude. Food was ok the burger was good. Chip oil clearly needed changing as chips weren’t great. They forgot the sweet and sour sauce
Honestly one of my best fast food experiences yet! Mason kept my food warm as I waited outside, not expecting it to be ready as fast as it was! Food was cooked perfectly, all round on of the best KFC and fast food experiences I have had to date! Thanks guys!
