Typical average McDonalds. Not overly clean, Not overly consistent, chips cold one visit, fresh the other. Burger cold on fresh chips visit, Burger good on cold chips visit. Kiosks perpetually out of paper.
Atmosphere is average, service was horrendous, food I couldn't tell you because after waiting 20 minutes as a walk-in I walked out empty handed without a refund because I had to be on the road. This fast food place prioritises only their drive thru while neglecting and ignoring their walk-in patrons which is pretty shocking. Avoid walking in if you can, at least the drive thru actually get their orders in a timely manner.
I ordered a Grimace Happy Meal. No shake machine not working. Ordered a pair of Purple Silly Socks. No haven't got that colour. Got to the window to pay had changed drink to frozen coke. They had normal coke. Got to the window to collect she had normal coke and was upset she had to pour out. Got a Hapoy Meal which wasn't a Grimace Meal. My grandson most upset. If you haven't stocked up on these things make sure they aren't advertised. Have two shake machines so if one not working you can still supply.
Today whilst going through the drive through at bacchus marsh, a young lady with red hair abused me at the drive though window because I assured her my car was fine after she came to my house and popped my tyres. She then proceeded to abuse me. I am in the process of getting the audio as this girl was very abusive and should not be working in an environment that requires customer service. I will be taking this further as I had my 2 kids in the car at the time and did not say or do anything that was in a mean nature.
I am a shift worker. So I do the drive thru around 11pm. Of late, I’ve waited some 10-15min before getting to the service window. I can’t leave because I’m stuck in the driveway. Another occasion I ordered using the app. I got to the restaurant and it was closed! Didn’t get my money back. I don’t want to criticise the young people who work there but I’ll criticise management…..increasingly poor service. Again it’s 15min of waiting and still haven’t made it to the window. Four cars in front of me and three behind me just waiting
