Cool store with unusual architecture for a Maccas. Small floor area with only a few tables, but there are tables outside too and the park across the road is a good place to eat. I suspect most of the customers go through the drive-thru, which is very popular. The food is what it is. Service can be either slow or very slow, depending on how long the queue is in the drive-thru.

We ate inside. Dirty place. Needs a good scrub! Dirty place mean bad quality food

Good for quick meal but very small compared to other McDonald's in hamilton.

They are mostly a drive thru, so we had to ext through the drive through even though we had already gone inside to eat. They also forgot to make me firends McFlurry until she asked them about it 5 minutes later. No bathrooms or WiFi.

It's fine as a McDonald's, there is pretty good service. It is quite annoying, though, that the drive-thru is also the entrance to the parking. This means that if you've parked and want to leave them you have to go through the drive-thru, which can be very slow.
