The service can be great at times, there are rare times when the service can be quite rude, but it's a lesser ratio. The speed of the food creation is unimaginable, especially in the drive through. Despite the fact we do commonly see mess on the floor, the staff frequently work together to clean up the terrain, and the small yet amusing and classic playground is a great addition.
usually this mcdonalds is pretty good except one time I ordered a fillet o fish and the bottom bun was so hard it was like biting into a savory biscuit. you could tap it and it'd sound like you were knocking on a door.nni ate the whole thing and survived so it wasn't too bad. this isn't a negative review i probably deserved it for ordering a fillet o fish.
What happened to maccas? It would be fair to say our family has been regulars of maccas since Michael Currie opened the Bendigo restaurant back in the 80’s ?nGone are the days where the franchise owner operator actually serves, and gets to know their customers. Also, gone are the days where a customer inside the restaurant gets great service. You can’t help but wonder if that during the Induction for new maccas employees they are told “Don’t worry about the customers instore, it’s all about the drive thru.” “No need to worry about cleanliness either, it’s just not a priority.”nMy /our experience is there no guarantee that if you wait 25 minutes inside for your order, that the wait time means an accurate order or that your food is going to be hot. In fact, the longer you wait, chances are either your coffee, or food is going to be cold. Both won’t be hot.nCoz we like maccas, we had to make the decision to accept the way things are coz they are not going to change. So, if you can live with the low service and low quality expectations of maccas, anything above that will be a bonus. We have shared our concerns of service, accuracy and quality of the product via the maccas app too, but a standard cut and paste form letter response that “We are sorry to hear about your experience” just doesn’t cut it. Maccas also has some great staff, and they really care about their regulars but unfortunately, even they are up against it with this business model. We can see the day, in the not-too-distant future, when the next new maccas opens, it will just be a drive thru only. We get the impression they no longer want face to face customers. How do we know this you ask? They are actually showing this to us now…..
9 30 Thursday Night, paying for order didn't even offer a receipt nor tell me how much it was when ordered, playing with their phone pay, shut window and leave. Person serving the food was nice though.nFood was stone cold, chips withered and like ice as though they'd been sitting there for a minimum 2 hours. Cheeseburger was utter trash, not any kind of warmth in the burger at all also as though it had been sitting there all night.nMain burger at least was slightly warmer, they were constructed quite well but temps and complete disregard for customer experience let everything down. Maybe they didn't fall apart because they were so cold the cheese and sauce just glued it all together much like what it tasted like.nWas considering going in to complain but the store was probably just as cold as the burgers.nJust returned to Bendigo, never going back here.
Im over paying for services and food that is rushed and not made or done properly and then thay don't cear as its not there stuff or money thay spent if thay don't like there jobs get 9ne you do or atleast do right buy pepole paying out there hard armed cash on stuff thay ecsept to be what thay paid for i just got an 9ce larta but tastes like suger milk no coffe should be way darker and be Abel to taste it so if it's not right get then to remake it don't settle for it just to be parlight
