Was disappointed with the attitude of the staff. My 13 and 14 year old, well presented sons, went and ordered and then collected our meals. We were short 6 nuggets and the sauce, so my eldest son went back to ask for the missing items whilst we started eating. They refused to give them to my son unless he brought the whole bag back....which we had torn open and eaten a large portion by the time he came back. So...I went to the counter and was told by a young male that he wanted the bag. I explained that I could but what is the point when most of it has gone.....his response was...."well I'll give it to you this time, but in future bring the whole bag back". I am also well dressed and honest to a fault, but was made to feel like I was dishonest and trying to rip them off.....for 6 nuggets!! Ultimately he had the last word though, as there were only 5 nuggets in the bag he gave me.....not worth the risk of further humiliation.....VERY POOR SHOW KFC and in particular the self important person behind the counter.
