Im so sick of paying for sweet and sour sauces and you never put them in the meal bags. Make them free as your ripping off the community. If i had all the money from sweet and sour sauces i never received, i would be bloody rich. Its not that hard to read a screen is. It takes 5 staff to pack one bag but none of you can remember the sauce or is it more like just can be bothered to pack it!!!

messed up my order and didnt give me a recipt so when i came back to get the rest of my order they said they cant give me the items that where missing or a refund 😡

More training and definitely more care and attention to detail needed. Unfortunately the kids working here couldn't care less about your food. Countless times items from order are forgotten and I'm really, really sick of ordering hotcakes through drivethrough and not getting any maple syrup. Skip Waurn Ponds Maccas and go up the road to Belmont. They generally get it right there.

The worst customer service I have ever had to endure. Not only was I ignored for 5 minutes after entering the store, the food took 5 minutes to be given to me, and the order was still wrong! So much for 'fast food' will not be returning
