This is the worst domino's I ever ate. The shape and size of the pizza is completely different. Some part got over cooked and some didn't. Take 1 and a half hour to delivered and after the heaps of waiting this...
Have ordered delivery multiple times, and each time something is missing or wrong. Tonight, half the order is missing… the poor kid delivering was visibly in a rush and stressed. I won’t be ordering again as you run a very poor business. Pizzas were stone cold too.
Make sure you do not order delivery from this store. They are perpetually late! Twice now we have been given a time frame of 1 hour for delivery. Both times 1 hour has rolled around and our pizza still hasn’t been put in the oven!! What a joke! We ordered the second time thinking they must have just had a bad night so we were gobsmacked to see that this was their normal procedure and they don’t seem to be doing anything to help this situation. We had to go pick up our pizza or wait another 1 hour maybe more for delivery!
Very Poor for any one liking pizza, even the employee said they didn't like any of the pizzas they sell, should have Bn a warning sign! Great for anyone on a budget defunct of taste buds. Never Again
It looked nothing like the menu ordered from. Very light on the toppings and poor customer service. I went to pick up and the young lady served her friends in front of my turn, and had a chat for about 10 mins before serving me, which meant my pizzas were stone cold when I got home.
We have had a similar experience as some of the other reviews I have read. Only half of our order was delivered, and it took more than an hour and a few phone calls for the remaining items to arrive. It seemed that internal communication was lacking at Domino’s, which meant for a poor and inefficient experience for the customer. In total we waited about 2 hours for our complete order. I would not order from there again.
Alright, so thats the worst experience i’ve had being here in Australia for past 4 years now. Perpetually late, it’s been 2 hours since I’ve placed my order. I havent received it, moreover they turned off my “live tracking” right after “order is being delivered”, mind you, that was half an hour ago and still no pizza. Never ordering again mate!
What can I say! Dominos pizza, very cheap, a nice Friday night meal after a big week at work
Missing a pizza, pancakes burned to a crisp, BBQ chicken bites with no sauce, BBQ chicken wings made with curry chicken. Delivery driver said would sort out the missing pizza but never heard a thing, spent over $100 but never again! I have now contacted Dominos via their feedback to see what happens now. Update I contacted Dominos via their feedback page which said I'd get a response within 48 hours, that 48 hours has come and gone with no attempt to contact me as I expected.
If they didn't keep turning the belt off I'm sure my pizza would not have dried out and to rushed to evenly distribute the topping won't be back in a hurry
