​We did a midnight run for the hungry teenagers. The staff here are absolute rockstars! Despite being clearly understaffed, they're working incredibly hard to keep things running smoothly. You can see their dedication and teamwork, and it truly makes a difference. They deserve a huge thank you for their effort and positive attitude.
Sept 2nd 2025. Popular stop. The tables could do with a wipe and the kids play ground smells like it needs ventilation.nStaff are efficient and reliable they are driven focus when it comes customer service. unfortunately due to only McDonald's in Paeroa its the only McDonald's in any 50km - 100km radius hence its popularity.
Disappointing. My tea was lukewarm Was asked if I wanted to make it because I was watching. Go figure.. Dried mud ootprints leading from main door to toilets, language barrier Observed a few mess ups with other in store customer orders. One family of customers completely forgotten after ordering 20 minutes earlier. Another served an incomplete order. No excuse as not busy. Won't be back.
Went in 7:30 on a Thursday night and the restaurant was a disgusting mess. Toilets even worse. I wouldn't eat from this particular Macdonalds.
Ordered and paid for DOUBLE Quarter Pounder. Got home to find this. Too late and too far to go back. Not the first time that we'd missed items here either. We check every box now. Maybe i need to check inside each box?! There aren't many alternatives in Paeroa after 9pm so this is last resort . Very poor.
