Service is sub par, it's not always clean, but there again, what McDonalds restaurant is ever properly cleaned? Sorry to be a spolier, but I'm not a fan of McDonalds. Google only thinks I'm there when I stop to chat with someone on the Hauraki Rail Cycle Trail, which goes right past their drive-thru.

Being a former maccas worker/manager i always pay attention to all mcdonalds i go to. This is a one of the best ive been to in nz hands down. Fast, fresh, clean and great service. Well done. Note. Pay more attention to the toilets but otherwise A+. Note 2.. please teach the guys at thames Maccas how to run a real store

Man taking order wasn't friendly & didn't speak or seem to understand English very well. Also, step up the cleaning folks. Food was good. Tasty.

Excellent visit..lots of parking..order delivered in good time..lots of room to sit and have a meal..lovely..clean..spacious place.
