Great little sandwich and brunch shop. The coffee and Cuban sandwich were great, and the sandwich size was very generous. They also served breakfast options like Eggs Benedict and scrambles. The restaurant had a cozy feel to it with some unique decor and good music. The tables and furniture were all different giving it a homey vibe. Very nice staff on hand.

Amazing food and coffee. Also love the rustic decor. Definitely a hidden gem, an absolute must visit if you're in Paeroa.

Possibly the Best Coffeehouse I've been to including Auckland Coffeehouses.

Very trendy environment - there's even an open selection of records that can be used with the record player! Even the outside is very well-done with ivy covering the entrance wall.
The coffee & food tastes very good & the employees are very friendly!
This is a great place to stop for a coffee if passing through the small town of Paeroa.
No complaints here, just awesome coffee with a fantastic atmosphere.

Had a lovely afternoon out at the Refinery. Excellent mocha and apple cake with cream. Just what was required for a long catch up with my sister. Will most definitely be back as my place to go locally for coffee.

Very retro and cool, plenty of options available for different dietary requirements and friendly happy staff. Delicious meals especially for the health conscious. Ginger slice is best I've ever tasted!
