I just want to say great job to the team on tonight 30/5/26 at like 5:50pm. You guys looked super smashed with all the cars and the lady in front of me in the drive thru was having a go at both the girls at the pay and pickup window and they handled it really well. Not only that food was great and the speed and service was exceptional. Coming from a former store manager in a different fast food brand I was genuinely really impressed. I wish I caught the names of the two girls because they gave great service!
Lie about when they are open, they lock the doors at 10pm, can never get the food rightnChips are always stale, they’re too lazy to make a frappe for delivery. Frappes haven’t been available for over a month on uber eatsnOrdered a fillet-o-fish one time and only received 2 buns. Placed my order through the drive through but realized when I went to pay I had forgotten one item, a $0:50 cone. I had handed the girl cash but it hadn't been processed in the till yet so I asked if I could add one item? The girl said no! I would have to go back through the drive through. I went to the collection window after collecting my food I asked to speak with the manager, I was polite and calmly asked why I couldn't add a $0:50 cone? Her response was it slowed down the drive through and the managers higher up didn't allow it. Whatever happened to customer service?nIt would have taken 30 seconds to add.nThey are not reliable at the best of times with forgetting items you have paid for or food being cold.nManagers need to provide what's best for the customer, without the customer you have no business.
Came here on Thursday night for a cheeky meal around 7, I was served in store by the kindest, happiest employee I think I’ve ever met at a McDonald’s, unfortunately she did not have a name tag, however she was wearing a blue shirt with brown hair, and wore a warm smile!
Just had the most DISGUSTING McChicken meal from this Maccas - SUCH A RIP OFF AND WOULDNT FEED IT TO MY DOG.nneither your staff are incompetent or can't be stuffednnlearn how to add salt the chips and put lettuce and mayo on my McChicken burger.nI avoid eating McDonalds but the once in a while chance I grab something on the go its a huge disappointment.nnPS you weren't even busy as I was the only one in drive though so no excuse
