I visited KFC Caboolture today and ordered a meal for $24.95. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. My order was prepared correctly, and the food was hot and fresh, which I really appreciated during a busy time of day. The restaurant looked clean and well-managed, and the wait time was shorter than I expected. Overall, a satisfying experience and good value for the price. I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area.
If you enjoy KFC, do not go here.nConsistanly get the orders wrong, have issues with eftpos or the drive thorugh menu or speakers are out of order.nI genuinely beleive that staff are told not to salt the chips and only fill the gravy's up 3/4th of the way.nHave received cold and stale food.nThe only reason this gets 2 stars is because I have received good food here once upon a time.
it seriously is not that hard to double dip your zingers as you’re supposed to do. also did not cook them correctly and instead resulted in a very hard to eat zinger burger. chips were great, service was fast but back of house needs to redo some courses.
Every time the staff forget to put the sauce in even we when ask for sauce. The chips were not cooked enough and still felt firm with no enough salt. I’m not sure what’s going on with the fillets for the zinger burgers lately as it feels like there’s still a tendon or something in it.
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My delivery took over two and a half hours, and it got so bad that I had to drive down there myself just to ask where my order was. As soon as I arrived, they suddenly found it within a minute—yet parts of it were still wrong. I received the wrong size popcorn chicken and even the wrong chicken altogether.nnWhen I got there, only one girl—blonde hair, freckles—actually tried to help. The other girl was incredibly rude. She told me the manager “doesn’t want to see anyone,” claimed she would put my order through manually, and then made no effort to do anything. When it finally came to addressing my order, her only excuse was, “He’s been waiting here for the same amount of time.” If she knew that, that’s even more ridiculous. She also snapped, “I have two people down here for that order!” Yes—because I had to come down myself since no one bothered listening to the delivery driver.nnI understand they were busy, but letting an order sit for so long that it “disappeared off their screen after an hour” is unacceptable. Besides the one helpful girl, the rest of the staff made the experience genuinely awful.
