I visited KFC Caboolture today and ordered a meal for $24.95. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. My order was prepared correctly, and the food was hot and fresh, which I really appreciated during a busy time of day. The restaurant looked clean and well-managed, and the wait time was shorter than I expected. Overall, a satisfying experience and good value for the price. I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area.
Haven't been to a KFC for a long time. Very disappointed with this restaurant. Every table had food scraps on them. Asked a staff member if she could clean a table for us. She did this straight away BUT she flicked all the food that was on the table onto the seats. SERIOUSLY! The quality of the food was mediocre. Time has affected how good it used to be. The air-con was set low so the seating area was cold and uncomfortable. Very disappointing visit.
We will drive the extra 5-10 minutes just for this KFC, always fresh and worth the drive.
I had a really disappointing experience with KFC. I ordered a Big Dinner meal and it was completely wrong—only received 6 pieces of original chicken and no nuggets at all. On top of that, the food tasted like it had been sitting around for ages. The chicken was dry, not fresh, and honestly just not worth the money.nnIf you’re paying for a full meal, you expect to actually get what you ordered—and for it to at least be fresh. This was neither. Pretty poor service and quality overall. Wouldn’t recommend unless they seriously improve their consistency.
If you enjoy KFC, do not go here.nConsistanly get the orders wrong, have issues with eftpos or the drive thorugh menu or speakers are out of order.nI genuinely beleive that staff are told not to salt the chips and only fill the gravy's up 3/4th of the way.nHave received cold and stale food.nThe only reason this gets 2 stars is because I have received good food here once upon a time.
