Moved from the Drive Thru to get parked and had to wait over 10-15 mins only to find a missing burger from the order. No empathy or care from this store! And it’s not like this hasn’t happened before!
It has been a while since I dined at McDonalds and now I remember why I stopped doing so, all those years ago. If only the food would resemble what the photos on the posters show. We ordered a hot cross bun and a toasted sandwich. Both looked as if they had been run over by customers parking their cars outside. The coffees were the redeeming part of the meal … hence my score of 2 for no other reason. Staff were flat out … come on franchise owner. Put a few extra staff on so that they can concentrate on presentation a bit. Sorry but I won’t be back … and it is all because of your quality control …
Drive threw has delays taking orders.nn20minutes with only two cars in the drive threw pretty shit at 12amnnHowever during peak hours they perform well, best to avoid the place on Saturdays and Sundays nightmare getting in and out of that shopping centre carpark
This is the inside of a ham and cheese pocket. It clearly has no ham or cheese so we paid $2.50 for an overcooked wrap
