Was a five star McDonalds under previous management, but has seen a dramatic slump, constantly messing up orders. Check before you leave. Best to avoid.

Understaffed so very slow service. No excuse McDonald's. You used to provide the best customer service ever but that has changed dramatically. Ordered a cappuccino but got what was more like a flat white so returned it and the replacement was exactly the same. Have always enjoyed the coffee at McDonald's but won't be coming to Kin Kora again.

What is going on in that shop tonight. The sole operator is either on drugs or busy playing xbox online or something. We were the only customers for 15minutes.... he cannot even take an order correctly because he is in such a rush... quick service, microwaved food, not what i asked for. This is what gladstone has come to, can only get your food from a person at the worst mcdonalds in gladstone, he has no interest in taking your order and cannot get the order right ever. I dont care that he is the only person on.... i paid the same as i do during the day but end up with cold fries, wrong chicken patte, lettuce core and half a drink. This place cannot be for real. Drop by at midnight and see what i mean. You'll be rushed through like theres some big mad rush and your the only person in the drive thru. Thats not normal behavior, fair enough if everythings perfect, fast service is appreciated in that case... but it is never even close to ok when this abnormal person serves you. Mcdonalds, he needs help, and best supervised by management.

Poor service and impolite staff at drive thru. I contacted the management and describeded in details a few examples. I did so since it is written at the bottom of their reciepts to email them our feedback. They not reply at all.
