Went through drive through. I had the bacon delux. The chips where super fresh with lots of salt,  just how i love them. My partner had the crispy jack burger with onion rings . Loved it.

Very dirty store. Freezing cold in store. Told only had frozen drinks available after we had paid for an orange juice. I know HJ's sell water! Asked for no onion and no ketchup in one rebel burger. Received a burnt burger patty with lettuce! Other rebel burger should have been no ketchup. Received a burnt patty with lettuce and onion. Both burgers were squashed. Had they run out of tomatoes and pickles as well? Chips and coffee were nice though.

Reliable quality from hungry jacks, it's common to have a 20min wait in the drive-thru though and sometimes out of products. Nice strong coffee and hot chocolate. The cold drinks plastic cups lid is useless.

Purchased food. Had to leave as it was so cold in the shop. Opened up our meal to find both rebel burgers were burnt and only contained lettuce. One drink was incorrect. Have complained 3 times to Hungry Jack's and have been ignored. Not good enough!
