Ordered vegetarian nachos, plus EXTRA vegetables, plus shiitake mushroom. Paid $29 for this meal because and was looking forward to the extra vegetables. I'm not new to this restaurant chain. I've been to other ones before and ordered the same thing and loved it. But this was a totally different experience. Placed my order through menu log. It arrives quickly. Open it up. There's NO sour cream, NO guacamole as listed on the menu. I can see the shredded mushrooms but barely any other vegetables visible, apart from a scatter of cooked onions but very few of those. I paid $29 for vegetable nachos that didn't even include the basic items as it's listed on the menu. Very disappointing.
Came here for lunch tried taco, i found the tacos to be quiet oily, the taste wasnt to bad. I found the filling where not consistant, I prefer zomberos.
Waited for ages for my online order but they never called out the number. Came home and opened my Burrito bowl and it is not even half full! And the spicy sauce leaked all throughout the bag. At least they actually remembered to add my extra ingredients this time but seriously?! Three bites and it was gone.
I ordered a cali burrito and it came with no sour cream. And not for the first time, I ordered the nacho fries the other day paying extra for the extra sour cream and it came with none at all. I also ordered the beef filling on my burrito, or at least I thought I did. What I got instead was a mix of beef and chicken. And the chicken didn’t even taste good. Not to mention the size of the burrito is half what it was.
i often try to order this through door dash. the food has come cold, not fully cooked or the wrong items. tonight after a order and waiting for an hour and a half for the door dash the store cancelled our order even though there was a delivery driver already waiting for our food. extremely disappointed because now we have to wait another hour for food from elsewhere and this is not the first time this has happened either. i love gyg when i eat in but im extremely turned off of it now after all this negative experiences through deliverynnthe reason we door dash is not because we are lazy but because i have a chronic illness which means some week i cannot drive my car so i rely on doordash to feed me and the reason we choose gyg is because its healthier than a lot of other fast food joints
