Order was over $125, got the order after about 20 minutes, 2 burgers were missing 2 apple pies was missing. Had to go back and ask for it. They were nice give it without any fuss. But it was very inconvenient. If they were prepared to handle a big order with a system would have been a much better experience for us as well as for them.
Waited 20 mins in drive through with no car moving. No information on why the cars not moving. 30 min break spent 25 mins in drive through before order can be placed. Received an order with stale fries. Not happy.
Maccas thr same everywhere? I don't think so. The fries were greasy and not really fresh. The burgers bot really fresh. Staff trampling over the benches but at least cleaning them afterwards.
Yesterday, 22 April 2024 I purchased a coffee and two bacon and egg mcmuffins at the Lakes Entrance McDonalds store, the coffee was fine, as it should be but I am totally amazed at the mcmuffins, the texture is exactly as I imagine it would be like chewing on rubber!!!
Never anyone to take your order at the drive through, always have to drive to the window. Not once have they got the order right and no point asking for it to be freshly cooked because it's always cold. Rude service from the girl who thinks she's the manager, worst McDonald's in the 3 states and multiple towns I've been to.
