Wow, amazing place. The location right on the water was simple stunning, especially as we were there on sunset. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant with a number of helpful suggestions for both the meals and wine list. The food was sublime. All the meals were visually pleasing and tasted amazing. I will definitely be back on my next visit and would recommend this place as a must visit restaurant in Lakes Entrance.
I took my wife here to celebrate our anniversary. They placed us in a corner with a great view over the water, jetty and boats. Our waitress answered all our questions about the menu, and was very attentive. Starters & Meals were lovely
I’d been following Sodafish on instragram for a while and was so excited to dine. We had the taste of sodafish menu with matching wines which was very tasty. My favourite dish of the menu was the Skate! Starters of scallops and oysters were tasty, a tad heavy on the salt. Entrees of whitefish and mussels was a nice complement and the sauces were delicious. Glad we made the stop.
Nice restaurant above the water with some great views and brings a good atmosphere to the dinner. For entree I had scallops, oysters and a whitefish ceviche . Scallops were amazing and is a must try. Oyster and the whitefish was okay.nFor mains I had the John Dory and my partner and the chill prawn.nJohn Dory tasted great i’d highly recommend but the chilli prawns you can pass on.
The location is great! It's right in the harbour.nnWe had the Chef's section 4 course menu for $85 each. It was absolutely amazing, really fresh beautifully presented locally sourced seafood.nnThe service was also very good; helpful, friendly, knowledgable staff.nnMy only suggestion is, to have white tablecloths. It would lift the atmosphere to a restaurant level, where as now, it feels more like a cafe.
