Ordered an double filet fish burger with extra source and shake fries, burger came without extra source, and gave me normal fries. When asked to correct the order, a lady staff member said the fires just need extra seasoning. I know, but where is it? While having my meal, another member swept floor and use the broom to also swept the dinning table for few seconds, I was shocked. I think this store is just lucky at a good location.

The manager was lovely and helpful, but the rest of the staff were rude and not particularly friendly. Took me ages to get served while the serving girl was looking at her phone the whole time. Then a crew member was sitting right at the front door smoking a cigarette in her Macca's uniform in a clear non smoking area.

Bad drive through experience. Confirmed my order and paid for it at first window. Got wrong order at second window with the excuse that that was what I ordered and paid for. Was told to wait in waiting bay and had to go through drive through again since no one came for 15 minutes. After all this I got another wrong order but realized too late to go back since I didn't expect them to mess it up twice. On other occasions the food was really bad quality so overall this is one of the worst mcdonalds I've been to.

No stars. Staff were not attentive. Forgot my cousins order entirely while she waited for the table service. My other cousin ordered a iced latte, they gave him the wrong lid and it spilt all over his shirt and the floor. They didn't mop that spill got ages. Ordered a bacon and eggs MC muffin. Got a sausage one instead. I ordered mine with added bacon, no bacon. Watched another customer order shaker fries and he didn't get any flavouring sachets. Basically, mistake after mistake in the 20 mins I was there. No apology from the manager or staff either. Just silence and a quick fix of the problem. Not worth stopping in for a bite. A real let down.

Staff was to busy talking to each other and swearing to notice me standing at the counter Finally one noticed me and yelled at me asking me if I was right and asking for my order Then got my order wrong The amount of swearing and people doing nothing was astonishing Great coffee though but wouldn't go back
