came in late sunday night about 11:25pm. not a single clean table, not even the biggest issue. ordered by 11:30, went to wait by the counter. waiting for 40 minutes so we decided to go to the counter. asked about the food, the girl did not speak to us, just looked at us, went to grab whatever was left of the order and brought it to us. ice cream and chips had been sitting out this whole time so we asked her for fresh chips and new ice cream. practically threw the ice cream at us, then ignored us for almost 10 minutes before giving us new chips. this whole time was also waiting for an iced chocolate from the mccafe. another 15 minutes after we finally got the food, had to ask again for the iced drink and thankfully it was a different girl and she made it right away. while waiting for her to make it i see the first girl and the night manager making fun of me. also come to find the apple pie we received after midnight wasnt supposed to be served after 9:28pm, so we technically were served it the day after it went bad.
After the staff got our order incorrect three times, I open my nuggets and this is what I received. Clearly not nuggets. Eveytime I go here my experience gets worse
I went there at 10PM, literally 30 minutes ago, and I am fuming. First, they made us sit in the waiting bay for over 10 minutes like they completely forgot we existed. And when we finally got the food, guess what? NO FRIES in the bag! How do you mess up something that simple? This isn’t rocket science, it’s fast food! Absolute joke of a service. Lazy, careless, and unprofessional.
What an absolute disgrace this place, service was appalling, waited 15 minutes to order 3 soft serves. Then waited more than 10 minutes to receive our ice creams, they melted & the girl took too long to put the box together & had to throw them in the bin & get us more.nDo not go here it’s a pig sty.
Food needs to be prepared freshly for human consumption @ the highest quality.nStale food does not taste good & is very unpleasant.nFries had been fried & sitting in the hot bar till they had softened upnChicken cheese Burgers were also pre prepared & very unsatisfying.nThis store needs to get their act together.nUnfortunately Very poor standardsnI will not be returning
