Ordered from user eats. 2 large caramel sundaes with flakes. Got 2 small sundaes with no sauce and a single fry placed in each. Had to return to store to get order corrected. Store was quiet, can see why. Quality control needs improvement as does customer service. Someone been smoking too many cones before work.
Yet another disappointing experience at the same location on 26 Feb around 10:45 am. I ordered a Mocha and Twist Cone with table service, however the coffee was placed at the front counter instead. I had to go up and collect it myself, where the staff member who prepared it responded with a very poor attitude, stating it was not her job to serve as they were busy.nAt that time, there were only two customers waiting inside and hardly any cars in the drive-through, so the explanation did not seem reasonable. There was also a complimentary MacPop with the order which had to be requested, and it was handed over rather rudely.nCustomer interaction and basic service standards need improvement. While I have had good service at this McDonald’s before, this is the second time I have experienced unprofessional behaviour at the same outlet.
My order was prepared right in front of my eyes and then ignored — it was actually put under the table instead of being handed to me.nnThe blonde manager clearly didn’t care — when I asked about it, he just mumbled something and walked away sarcastically. Honestly, even McDonald’s during peak hours has better organisation and respect for customers hats off for the employees today. Zero professionalism and zero accountability.
Came in a couple days ago and I asked for a chocolate shake with a cheeseburger extra pickles. I had received my order it was a vanilla shake with a tiny drizzle of chocolate sauce and a cheeseburger with no pickles, onion and sauce. Do better. It wasn’t mentioned to me either that they were unable to provide what was asked.
Drive thru was absolutely crap. Waited atleast 15 minutes before I got to order. When my order came i didn't have time to check it and when I got to eat it I found the order was incorrect.nALWAYS CHECK THE RUBBISH THEY SERVE YOU BEFORE LEAVING.
