Absolutely worst Hungry Jack's I've ever come across, the whopper burger was so soggy it was dripping through the bag and the wrapper was in shreds. The onion rings were old and had been sweating so much they fell apart.
That's why I like visiting Hungry Jacks in the morning they supply both breakfast and everything else all times,I was lucky at the time I was the one great food though friendly services clean and tidy your choice take away or dine in there's wheelchair access, toilet and many more food outlets around the area really love it. Parking: Busy location and parking always available
Two burgers both served nearly cold and dripping in sauce. Unpalatable to say the least. We usually relish our Hungry Jacks meals.. but this meal was awful. Staff were really loud as was the music. Sorry won't be back. Fast food restaurant next door looked very busy...

Don't normally review fast food chains because you normally get what you expect, sometimes an error here or there but typically chains are chains. Unfortunately, this place was pretty bad. I thought perhaps they were understaffed as many places are post pandemic but after reading the reviews, I think this particular hj is worth skipping. Drive through took at least 20+minutes. The lady taking my order repeated everything back wrong, eventually got it right, she read it back correct at the payment window but the food was still incorrect when we opened it! Whopper with cheese had no cheese, fried chicken and Bacon with added tomato had no tomato requested and paid to be added and it had spicy sauce. I'm not mad about the sauce, I was going to order it like that anyway but she seemed too incompetent to understand customisation. The drinks had maybe 3 mouthfuls of actual coke, the rest was ice. It was the start of a long drive so I didn't have time to ask it to be fixed but seriously, stop somewhere else if you are hungry.
We came to order burgers and we got all sweet buns instead of the usual bun and we also asked for sauce but they didn't serve us any. I really don't appreciate this kind of substitution of buns like if you don't have those buns then just say we don't have enough buns. We were so hungry but didn't had a good experience. I would suggest everyone who orders here check the food at the counter so you don't get upset later on.
great experience! the food was fresh and they had great customer service. especially the manager, Emanuele showed great customer service and tried to get orders out as soon as possible. this guy deserves a pay rise!
Amenities are dreadful I don't know why? Perhaps they are distracted or perhaps busy but a public eating place should always have clean amenities!!!
Ordered a bacon deluxe thinking it would be a decent size but it ends up being a cheeseburger with a slice of bacon. Gave our bag of food ripped so it was hard to carry
Ask for a toasty they didn't have one so they gave me a buger bacon deluxe instead no extra charge happy with that good job staffFood: 5/5
