The place was not ventilated at all...No aircon or fan on a humid and hot day of Melbourne. The food is good but not worth the unwelcoming environment. We are not going back.

I used to be their regular customer. Now, I am literally avoiding it. Whenever I ask for extra bowl of saambhar, the young guy who works there make bad faces and speaks with the aunty (aunty) in their own language. Mate, we are happy to pay extra for that. Its your duty to serve customer with good attitude and smiling face. Staff doesn't have any dress code. They work in 'dirty lehnga (track pant). You have to do self serving for almost everything. No one will give you glass or water bottle either. I would give -5 star for the service. Zero Hygiene and bad attitude of staff. I will never go again to see such rubbish customer service.
