This McDonald’s establishment easily takes out 1st place for the most feral store.nDisgusting floors and Rubbish everywhere.nIt’s like stepping into a 3rd world country.nI asked for our table to be cleaned so we can sit down for the employee to just wipe the food scraps straight onto the floor. After witnessing this we decided to eat in the car.nClearly the store management doesn’t care about public image. Absolute disgrace. 10/10 do not reccomend. Avoid at all costs.
Incompetence is clearly a requirement for working at McDonald's.nThe nuggets were the coldest and most stale nuggets I've ever had, they'd clearly been sitting around for ages.nThe fries were cold, soggy and tasted like raw potato. Clearly not cooked for long enough in the first place, and then left sitting for Christ knows how long.nNo matter the burger you order, something will always be wrong. Decided to try the Big Arch burger. The genius who prepared this slammed 3 slices of cheese on the bottom, and none anywhere else. There was a tiny amount of red onion supposed to be white onion, there were no crispy pickles, and there was no sauce. How you can be this useless at preparing any food item at all is beyond me. But the kitchen staff can only be as useless as the managers and higher ups that train them.nTruly gross.
Will never return, forget the place being dirty and untidy as I can understand when it's busy then some things may have to wait.nnOrdered my food last night 17th oct at 10.35pm instore via the machine which didn't give me a ticket.nnI could see they were busy but by 11.20pm I decided to ask where my good was I could see a pile of food already cooked and waiting to be bagged upnnThey said they couldn't find my order as well as other orders and asked what I ordered . Told them what I ordered and five mins later they gave me my bag.nnChecked bag missing fries, missing sauces x2nnLeft store at 11.30pm so nearly an hour to find when started eating meal on the way home that the food was stone cold !!! Not even Luke warm..nnWill never ever return
The supervisor yelling in the kitchen sounded like it was in a market. The environment was so dirty that the floor was sticky with trash everywhere.
It was late around 2 am. I ordered a double cheese burger with extra Pickles and onion, the burger was cold cheese didn't melt. The extras i oredered where non existent ,I had to send chips back because they where cold. I also Ordered 6 nuggets, with sweet and sour sauce. However they gave me bbq sauce, my friend ordered 20 nuggets and 3 sides of sweet and sour sauce they only gave him one serving of sauce, the staff dont want to be there quiet sad!
