The self-service kiosks made ordering easy, and the seating area was comfortable with plenty of space to relax or work on the go.nnThe only downside is that, like most fast-food places, it can get crowded, especially during peak meal times. Service is super slow, there were a lot of staff assigned, it looked like all of them are busy doing something, but no orders are being carried out. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for a single order. Nothing defines “fast” from this supposed to be “fast-food” restaurant, really.
It was late around 2 am. I ordered a double cheese burger with extra Pickles and onion, the burger was cold cheese didn't melt. The extras i oredered where non existent ,I had to send chips back because they where cold. I also Ordered 6 nuggets, with sweet and sour sauce. However they gave me bbq sauce, my friend ordered 20 nuggets and 3 sides of sweet and sour sauce they only gave him one serving of sauce, the staff dont want to be there quiet sad!
I ordered and paid for deluxe crispy chiken for take away and just realized they gave me regular crispy chiken. charged more than dollar extra.ncan I get refund?
