The fact that this place gets away with serving ice cold food is beyond me. Also I was shocked to open the sauce container and be given half centremetre of sweet and sour sauce for ten ice cold nuggets. I was also given a complimentary tomato sauce despite not having asked for it. While eating my cold nuggets in the car park I heard a loud drunk person screaming that they also weren’t given enough sauce and they seemed a lot more annoyed than me which made me wish I had just stayed home and made my own chips with the beautiful tassie grown potatoes in my cupboard
No starsnnCame here this morning with only one car infront of me ordered at 10:20 two breakfasts mealsnThe car infront waited 10 minutes for the coffees and this once I got out of the car and went in and asked what was going onnThe white manger’s all ignored menWent back into my car and finally was up nextnTo them saying they’ve already given out my ordernThey had no clue what they were doing or what I had ordered waited another 6 minutes for my thingsnFor the white old manager to start having a go at the staff telling them to hurry upnI ordered a sausage and egg Muffin got to work to find they out no sausage in itnWouldn’t give me cup holder for 4 drinksnNot even a sorrynLeft and there was about 10 cars behind mennWhat happened to parking cars on the bays and the time limits you guys have for drive thru huh
In 50 years of dinning at a McDonald's this would be the worst and dirtiest example I have encountered. Dirty floors, overloaded bins,dirty tables littered with empty food containers. Seemed to have plenty of disorganized staff. Not overly busy at 6.30pm. Very slow service. Not like a McDonald's at all.
Worst Maccas in Hobart. Lazy and unprofessional staff who missed my order and there were only 2 people inside, wasting me 20mins.nExpect 10 more mins for regualar orders as well as all staff seems busy but are just walking around clueless.n0 capablity of multi-tasking, gotta finish one order before starting the next.nProbs got issues with hygiene as well as kitchen staff typing on their phone and gather in circles to chat lmao.nJust drive 5 more mins to Sandy Bay Maccas.nand of course no napkins in the bag, not even surprised.
It was late around 2 am. I ordered a double cheese burger with extra Pickles and onion, the burger was cold cheese didn't melt. The extras i oredered where non existent ,I had to send chips back because they where cold. I also Ordered 6 nuggets, with sweet and sour sauce. However they gave me bbq sauce, my friend ordered 20 nuggets and 3 sides of sweet and sour sauce they only gave him one serving of sauce, the staff dont want to be there quiet sad!
