This is the worst McDonald’s in Hobart. No other McDonald’s here takes this long to prepare orders. Whether the restaurant is busy or not, the service is extremely slow.nnOnline orders are especially bad , they take an unreasonable amount of time to be prepared, often far longer than expected. This happens repeatedly, not just once.nnOverall, very disappointing service and poor time management. I would not recommend this location.nThey don't even have staffs to accept any online orders
In 50 years of dinning at a McDonald's this would be the worst and dirtiest example I have encountered. Dirty floors, overloaded bins,dirty tables littered with empty food containers. Seemed to have plenty of disorganized staff. Not overly busy at 6.30pm. Very slow service. Not like a McDonald's at all.
Favourite part of a quarter pounder is the pickle. Didn't have any and it was all cold.nSelf serve not working except 1 which had a line up. Told the cashier, didn't care. Ordered food from the cashier who really didn't want to be there.nThe place was absolutely filthy, floor sticky and food all over the floor. Young kid walking around with broom but not using it. The supervisor must be very slack at that store. Filthiest Macca's I've been to, including all parts of the world. Yuck
My niece ordered a happy meal with apple juice, but was given water. When she questioned this she was told there was no apple juice. I was not at all happy with this as substitution options should at least have been offered rather than just giving water. I went back to the counter and explained the situation, and the young lady there was able to get us an apple juice. Based on the actions of the person who initially brought the order out, it would be one star for service. Kudos to the person who corrected the issue.
Incompetence is clearly a requirement for working at McDonald's.nThe nuggets were the coldest and most stale nuggets I've ever had, they'd clearly been sitting around for ages.nThe fries were cold, soggy and tasted like raw potato. Clearly not cooked for long enough in the first place, and then left sitting for Christ knows how long.nNo matter the burger you order, something will always be wrong. Decided to try the Big Arch burger. The genius who prepared this slammed 3 slices of cheese on the bottom, and none anywhere else. There was a tiny amount of red onion supposed to be white onion, there were no crispy pickles, and there was no sauce. How you can be this useless at preparing any food item at all is beyond me. But the kitchen staff can only be as useless as the managers and higher ups that train them.nTruly gross.
