My friend ordered a McCrispy Deluxe with no tomato through the myMaccas app however when she received it, there were 4 slices of tomato and the Burger was very cold and very dry that it was inedible. When my friend went up to the staff to explain what happen, they were very rude and dismissive and refused to give her a new Burger without the tomato. My friend is allergic to tomatoes so she had to swap the Burger with her son which had no tomato in it. I was given undercooked fries with my order and requested for freshly cooked fries however I was given the same undercooked fries. We are not happy with the food and service at this restaurant so we'll not be coming back.
Hopefully the manager will be more gentle with their customers. She mentioned that she's calling the number as if she's in the market. Well next time, make sure your monitor should be functioning so you don't have to shout as if you're in the market. When we're on our way out, it's as if she was mad while moving the chairs that we used.
As a loyal customer of McDonald's, I am usually greeted with the familiar aroma of freshly cooked fries and the warm smile of the staff. However, my recent visit left much to be desired in terms of customer service.nnUpon entering the establishment, I was met with a lady with an Indian decent. She seemed more preoccupied with their phone than taking my order, barely acknowledging my presence. Despite placing my order clearly, it was as if my words disappeared into thin air. Minutes ticked by agonizingly slowly as I watched other customers receive their meals while mine remained nowhere in sight.nnWhen my order finally arrived, it was not what I had requested. The fries were cold, the burger lukewarm, and the overall presentation lacked the usual care and attention to detail. Attempting to address the issue with the staff proved futile, as they were too busy chatting amongst themselves to bother with my concerns.nnThis experience left me deeply disappointed. As someone who has always enjoyed the convenience and consistency of McDonald's, encountering such poor customer service was unexpected and disheartening. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address these shortcomings and restore the quality of service that McDonald's is known for.
Went in to get a coffee.nnWas full of teenage girls hanging out and laughing and chatting not paying any attention I had to raise my voice to get an order through.nnShocking this our future generation of people. Why isn't there any manager there kicking butts into line ?. It's a work place not a gossip hang out day
This place never seems to disappoint. Everytime I opt out for everything fresh!! Everything literally comes fresh. And they’ve never gotten my order wrong.nnThis is the first Mac Donald’s I’ve been to that’s actually clean. Toilets are clean including the tables.nnI’ve been to a lot of macas in the area and they’ve just been absolutely disgusting.nnThis macas never disappoints!!nnThanks for great service
