Filthy tables, all of them, seems like it's no one's job to clean them. Order screen doesnt work. Seen other people bringing food from outside but staff dont bother telling them. It's running only because it's halal and people dont have another McDonald's near by. Its an embarrassment. Does this place have a manager? Sack him ASAP.
Our goto place for now. It’s beautiful. The decoration is satisfying. The food quality is good. Their chicken crispy burger is wonderful to eat. Although I wouldn’t say the coffee is great but it can be considered enough. The fries good too. Chicken nuggets are good with the dips. They have a playzone for kids which is a great help. Parking has enough space. All in all a good place to take a bite and pass quality time with family.
This store had run out of ketchup packets. I politely asked if they could provide an alternative sauce free of charge, as the ketchup I wanted was unavailable, but my request was refused.nnI don't usually eat my chips without any sauce, so this was disappointing. I would have expected a better level of customer service and a reasonable effort to accommodate the situation. Unfortunately, the response from the on-duty manager was unhelpful and left a very poor impression.
Went through Drive through...I ordered my Chai latte extra hot extra CHAI POWDER!!! Happy to pay for extra CHAI POWDER!!! Told the staff member 3 times..No not extra ESPRESSO SHOT! She said yes ok! I got to the pay window and she said is the order on the screen right? NO...it says extra ESPRESSO! I want extra CHAI! Yes ok! She says. I get my order at the next window and I can smell the COFFEE!nI hand it back to her and say this has coffee in it...God help me, she then said that is what you asked for!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love having this Macca’s in Dandenong! Super handy 24/7 for those late‑night or early‑morning cravings. Drive‑thru is quick, staff are usually friendly, and when the food’s fresh, the burgers and fries really hit the spot. Great location too – easy to find and perfect for a quick stop on the way through.
