Good. The juiciest Maccas burger I've ever eaten Double Quarter Pounder. It, was, so, moist.nnA Japanese lady taught me that they say in Japan so in her honour, I came here on my way back to the CBD. She works down in the Richmond end of Victoria St, and as she was still flat out working, she couldn't join me.nnAlso in her honour, I got they call fries potato. I got fresh ones because those ready-mades are never good, no matter the store. A new batch was only 2 minutes away and that may've contributed to the juiciness, moistness of the burger because it rested.nnIt's a good store. Reasonably clean and orderly. Lotta long tables and 4 big half-moon booths. Love a burger in a booth.
we ordered takeaway for lunch.obviously, it’s a fast food chain the fries were seasoned perfectly. not too salty or too plain. it was great to try their new frozen green apple and lemon popping drink. we go to this maccas not too often, but it’s one of the better ones!
I stopped by this McDonald’s for breakfast and everything was surprisingly well done! The McGriddle was hot and fluffy, with a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. The butter portions were generous — maybe even too generous, but it made it fun to spread and enjoy.nnThe chicken nuggets were hot, crispy, and juicy on the inside — exactly how you’d want them! Definitely a satisfying bite to kick off the morning. The fries came out hot and nicely salted — classic McDonald’s style that never disappoints.nnService was quick, and the staff were friendly even during the morning rush. The restaurant was clean and had a cozy atmosphere, great for a quick sit-down before heading off for the day.nnWould definitely come back again for another breakfast run!n#genastar
This McDonald’s doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. I went through the drive thru around 10:45pm. Horrible horrible service, the man that worked that shift got our order wrong and when we got to the window the girl that serviced us was dismissive and didn’t want to listen to us to resolve the issue but instead rushed us to the car park and slammed the window shut. Then the man comes back out again and puts his hand in the bag to grab out the burger to exchange it. Such horrible service & incompetent staff. Ughhh disgusting.
Very disappointed with the service at Collingwood McDonald’s. I ordered a latte and waited more than 15 minutes, but no one informed me that it was ready. When I asked about my order, the staff responded rudely. Customer service was very poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. A simple update and a polite response would have made a big difference. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the customer experience.
