Ordered a chocolate cone, only to get to the window to be told they only have vanilla. Ordered large fries which I found were only filled half way. If I wanted medium fries I would have ordered medium fries, not large. Disappointing to see such service from a large store. There is absolutely no excuse as well, given it was not busy and there were barely any customers.
Couldn’t fit in the drive through so i made a quick stop and ordered food for myself and a soft serve for myself and another person, they gave me the soft serves first, minutes before i got my food, 37 degree day mind you, they gave me a cup tray to hold the soft serves, literally useless for them. I got my food and was carrying it out and one of my soft serves fell, nothing was even said and they asked me to pay for another one, pretty ridiculous and disrespectful.
It used to be nice going through the drive through first thing in the morning with your coffee and your egg mcmuffin On your way to work until you open your Food and it looks like this.Unfortunately drive through customers get a poor quality of food rather than dining in Sad to see a multimillion-dollar corporation.Allows food to go out there door like this
This would have to be the cleanest McDonald’s that I have been in for a long time. The owner is so passionate about maintaining a good environment that she was cleaning herself whilst she had team members off on leave.nnThere is no play park here, but was fine for us, as the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens is just down the road and we don’t always use the park anyway. The food was fresh, the McCaffe coffee was good, the wait was limited, toilets were even clean.nnWe tend to dine at cafes more than McDonald’s, but occasionally McDonald’s is convenient and the kids really love it, so if we are going to come again we will come to this one.
Almost two months ago, I filed multiple complaints regarding the Amstel McDonald's store and was promised a resolution within 3-5 days. Despite reaching out repeatedly and explaining the lengthy delay, I still have not received any meaningful response from McDonald’s head office. Each time, they assure me that I’ll be contacted soon, but it’s just empty promises with no follow-through.nnAs a former McDonald’s manager, I’ve seen the company’s standards firsthand, and it’s disheartening to say that McDonald's today is just a shell of what it once was. Customer service used to be a core value, but this experience has shown me that they no longer care about their customers or the standards they once held.nnIf you’re expecting accountability and respect as a customer, it seems that McDonald’s corporate office is no longer equipped to deliver either.
