Not sure about the services but your drivers are absolute retards. The driver of a van (CVL60B) went ahead and blindly jumped out of his lane almost causing an accident. Maybe put them through a driver Learner course.

For my experience is worst builder ever. 
I build house 2014 . I want to show the picture what they done to me. The house tails are not flat. Up and down up and down. I been complain from when they finish build . But they said to me it's ok but tails are start broken . 
Rangehood when they doing final inspection clean up and uesed wrong chemical got the dot and I had complain to change or remove it from my rangehood.  They said asking me to wait till now and said I didn't complain from the beginning so they can't change for me but I was send email from beginning.  I take pictures of when I was send and they doesn't even say sorry just let langehood to contact to me . 
I feel really upset and angry. 
There is many more story . But I will finish with this. 
I will not really happy with after sevice too.
