This is a follow-up review after I met the Sales Manager to further discussions on my purchase plan. This person came across very professional and patiently answered my queries. I did not mention anything about the last experience. A day or two later I got a call from him when the matter came to his attention. He felt sorry for what I experienced and assured that the matter will be dealt by him and that he was happy to help me in case I had any more issues. This was a good gesture from the Company to listen and act on customer concerns which for any business in my opinion is of utmost priority. It also proves that Sekisui house takes its client relationship seriously and values them. Thank you David!  ****  Me and my family visited The Orchards today to take a look at their upcoming release of OTP units in Norwest. Had an appointment with the Senior Sales executive who showed us the display and floor plans. I asked him what’s the best deal he could do for a FHB and he offered a small discount/free upgrade and said that's the best he could do. Fair enough. I tried to negotiate by quoting prices at nearby places and asked if there is any further room for discount. As a buyer, I am sure anyone would try and want to get a good deal by negotiating and this is not a small amount we are talking about.  Not sure what happened, but he suddenly walked away and said he is done if its about price negotiations and said I can go buy at other places like Kellyville or Rouse hill if I want cheap ! Wow, I was taken aback by this rude attitude. I’ve dealt with quite a few sales agents and dint have any unpleasant experience so far.  I admit he was clear with his price but he has no right to treat a customer like this and I felt disrespected. 700k might be cheap for him but not for everyone and it’s not his business to tell someone to buy in other areas. Thank you!

Brand New, completed 2019, these quality built apartments are just 10 minutes walk to the new Norwest Metro & Bella Vista public school. Norwest is a business hub that has a local shopping centre and Norwest private hospital with easy access to the M7 motorway. Stage 2 of the masterplan is being released early 2020, an off plan building of 57 units overlooking Castle Hill Country club golf course

Greeted rudely by a entitled woman wearing non uniform and gotten starred at by her during the tour in a very condescending manner. Made me feel so uncomfortable and anxious.  Totally misrepresenting the company, very disappointed by the behaviour- you are disgusting.  Thank you to Carlo- nice man.
