Had a very nasty experience here with a woman who stated she was the manager. Terrible customer service and a waste of time even investigating them as an option for our new build.

The worst worst worst builder ever. I wish if i could rate them negetive.

We wasted about 6 weeks with this mob while looking for a builder. After hitting us with their usual sales pitch and promising us the world, and after we spent three consecutive Saturdays visiting their various open houses and discussing options with their sales staff, who kept assuring us that they could build our dream home in the Lower Blue Mountains, pending a site inspection, they conducted the site inspection and immediately changed their tune, deciding that it wasn't in their best interests to build our home, citing access issues and difficulties involved with getting tradies to work in the Blue Mountains and that they already had plenty of work and no longer needed to build in the Blue Mountains. Sloping block specialists my foot!
