It was an experience you wouldn't expect when you are buying a 1500$ watch. I wasn't given complete information about the sizing for my watch and was told that I should get it done by myself once I had paid in full. The staff was really nice and helpful till I actually paid for it and then made me run in circles to have the watch sized thereafter. I wouldn't go back there and won't recommend it either. Pathetic experience for a luxury item purchase.
My fiancé went here to get his wedding ring and they spent ages measuring his finger. They recommended a size and he ordered the ring, but when it arrived it was about two sizes too big. When he tried it on, the manager immediately came out and began speaking incredibly rudely, saying that it was his fault that it was too big and he’d have to pay for it to be resized. He couldn’t even get a word in. Worst place ever, get your jewellery ANYWHERE else which we would have done if we’d been smart enough to read the reviews already left about this place.
Excellent service provided by Clara! Initially was after a Gucci necklace which is not currently in stock in store and Clara helped me to transfer from other states. It was worth to wait as it just so stunning! If you are reading this Clara, thank you for your top service and professional friendly recommendation!

The store is very neat and sells many of the unique, high quality and highly sought after jewels from many brands around the world. The watches are exquisite, rings splendid and many other great masterpeices. The staff are polite, interactive and informative. Advertisements are plentiful and allow for a pleasant time shopping there.
Went through the service time delay and was then told my Tag that I have ALWAYS had services by TAG or at least thought I had indicated TAG have only reference of service till 2013 This CANBERRA Service centre appear not to be referenced by TAG and I just got a monstrous bill to repair and service. Indication from TAG that it has not been serviced for such a long time 2years is not a long time...about a battery life...long story short I have no faith in them. I have ever reason to be thinking my watch got given to someone else instead of TAG or TAG would have record. Next time I'll go directly to TAG...even if it takes a trip to Sydney
1 Star too many! It’s such a shame that your brand and the store manager of Belconnen and the area manager of Belconnen are very incompetent. Destroying dreams. 2 rings deemed as faulty. We have been promised for a full refund. But 11 weeks later still our money has not been returned. The Belconnen manager lies and abuses us as we ask for our money. Making excuses that it’s the head office fault that is why our money has not been returned. We need someone else to help us? Or it’s time to start going to media outlets? I have a recording of the Belconnen abusive language and lies. Which I am happy to send to the ‘head office’ when is our money been returned ? AVOID this place
Mazzuchellis will be the next big store to close down, I bet they make no profits and can’t even pay there rent. They are rip offs and people would be stupid to shop in there stores while they are still open.
Worst customer service, language problem with staff and they don’t do refunds in any scenario. This place should shut down.
