Horrible attitude. I explained over the phone that my address was hard to find and they just brushed it off, clearly not even really taking note of my directions. Then I missed the drivers calls, and rang back to the driver who was quite aggressive about the fact that I missed his calls, and that he had left and wouldn’t come back. I told him we were stressed and this was a trip to the airport to move overseas, but the driver wouldn’t stop going on about the fact that I had missed his calls. I said ok ok! At which point the driver said use another taxi service. Clearly I did! Then the driver called to dispatch and lied about the details of our conversation so when I called to complain I was met with an arrogant “what do you want me to do mate!?” Worst service I e ever experienced.
