I have never experienced such poor service in my life thought that ETH was bad but this medical center is 10xs worse... Apparently you cannot see the doctor unless your red light emergency and this is like everyday. If you need a top up of prescription that's not important come back tomorrow even if your life depended on it, my 9 year old has. Case of vomiting and diarrhea that's not important too it's not a medical emergency she said Receptionist

Asked me my DOB, and told that they were not taking any new cases.. it's any doctors duty to atleast ask the patient what's wrong, rather than just saying no. I have knee pain, it's hard for me to even walk inside the clinic.

Competent and very pleasant doctor, friendly nurses, prompt and affordable service! The clinic is clean and neat, and a there's a pharmacy next door for convenience. So glad I enrolled here. :

Dr Tapukura is very professional and is a very nice natured man. Happy that hes my general practitioner. He is concerned and thorough and always gives good medical advice.

Have been here twice and both times very satisfied with the service. Staff are polite and friendly. The GP was very knowledgeable and thorough with his examination. Highly recommend this place.

You do not have to wait for long. The doctor is very nice, friendly, patient and understanding. I am completely satisfy.

very happy with the experience here went in took 10 minutes to be seen from a nurse. then after i was seen by nurse took half to see doctor. saw the doctor he was helpfull and even recomended some places for pyshio. plesant fast helpful experience

Pleasant reception and nurses, fare prices, modern facility and good parking. This was in my work area, so not my usual doctors.
