Not sure if they realize they are based in NZ - the receptionist is rude and defensive taking any query as fight. Lady in glasses is extremely rude with no professionalism or training. Please hire a NZ Trained receptionist..less focus on saving money- save your credibility. In the meantime stop shouting patients name's when turn comes...

It was good experience with Dr Mohinder Pal Singh. Very helpful in explaining everything And customer service was also great. Girl at reception explained me everything . Highly recommended. Keep doing like this.. I wish I can give you more than 5 stars..
Me and my wife are his patients for the past 11 years. Very good doctor with friendly and smiling manner to treat his patients with wide knowledge. Even though we have to travel 1.5 hours to see him from our homes, dont have any plans to change him for other doctors.
I wouldn’t even give 1 star to be honest. The receptionist has no manners at all or patience to talk to the patient who wait there for hours and hours. Being at this clinic was a worse experience ever in my life. Waited 3 hours and then went to the receptionist and asked if I could book an appointment and she went nuts at me about telling their policies . She needs to learn some manners or need a find some other job. Ffs
Doctor is good but the staff are absolutely rude and unprofessional! Why don't u guys take appointments so in this way people don't have to wait for hours and they can just come whenever they are booked in. Much easier for everyone. Alot of people are complaining about the rude service these staff receptionist provide. Next time I will just knock your teeth out. These clinics should fire these rude receptionist. Go learn some manners and stop acting like ur the CEO of the clinic your only receptionists and staff. Humble urselves
Veryyyyy Rude receptionist She doesn't want to listen what i was saying on the phone. Doctor is really good Hire someone who knows how to talk and have some respect .. Or trained them properly This kinda people sitting on the receptionist desk and wasting thea time .. All I can say rude and disgusting service from receptionist.
Don’t trust any of the staff with any of your medical reports, they would leave it intentionally so that they can ask you to pay more money. They think thats patients duty to talk polite even after waiting for ages and no answer. If you call there simple answer come at the clinic and when you reach and ask first they will charge you and say that maybe your reports need to be e-mail which they already have .
Gonna change my GP. Najia or the girl with coloured hair puff hair style was very rude to me. You should have some manners when you talk to patients She's still thinking that she is in India where she can be rude with anyone. you need to Go and do course on customer service madam. Doctor is very nice and polite.
