The team at Max have been very understanding and supportive in their assistance of my return to the workforce.
MAX employment has done exceptionally well at helping me on my journey to getting a job. The time and effort they put into my future surpasses expectations. Specifically, Robert has been empathetic and kind throughout the process, checking up on me regularly with the best of intentions and hooking me up with job interviews. I start my new job next week, courtesy of MAX employment being so diligent and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about them :
MAX employment were amazing. They brought a young man through who was interested in our industry and were very informative about the incentives for businesses on offer. Max Employment Hervey Bay is a disgusting organsiation who has a clear commercial conflict and only acts in the interest of its commercial conflict rather than deliverying the legislated outcomes the legislators intended. The staff at Max Hervey Bay are currently acting in a deliberate and calculated malicious manner to punish me, intimidate me, harras me and cause me and my children as much harm as possible. They are diabolically nasty people who are targeting me, punishing me in a incompetently malicious manner. Cease and desist you evil people. You harm my children, you have an enemy for LIFE. Can not Suggest MAX employment anymore. I spent 2yrs at APM without even an interview anywhere i had to find my own Within a week being at MAX Alison Chapman found me an apprenticeship Got me everything i needed and helped me with fuel for the first 2 weeks... I've been with Max employment for just a few weeks, they couldn't be more helpful, Robert my case worker is absolutely amazing, he keeps in constant contact with me, he's always putting me forward for jobs, as soon as I walk into the office i get a very warm greeting, I'd like to thank all of you, I'm sure I'll be back at work in no time.

My case manager Iris is great at her job and treats and sees her clients as people with individual needs and requirements... she understands that no two people fit in the same box...
It's a shame that they do not care about the welfare of their clients. They are happy to cut payments but never check on their clients well-being. If someone takes their life and you did nothing about it when you had warning and many signs of mental health issues, it is on YOUR head MAX!
