Story

Aquavue Café Watersports is the Fraser Coast’s premier destination for food, fun and adventure.

The café is open for all day breakfast, lunch and evening, and serves morning and afternoon tea. Aquavue is renowned for their specially blended coffee prepared by trained baristas.

At Aquavue watersports of every kind can be enjoyed. There are Jet Skis, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, sailing catamarans, fishing boats and four wheel bike cruisers for hire and for the experience seekers’ and adrenaline junkies, there are Jet Ski Eco tours and adventure packages.

Terrible customer service, didn’t care for my needs. Had hair in three meals, one I complained about and the replacement came out with another hair. Will never be going back and I will be telling all my friends not to go back here. Worst cafe experience I’ve ever had.

Outstanding!!! Highly recommend Aquavue Cafe. We came for lunch and the food was perfect, the pizzas were delectable, sandwiches and melts on point. Thick shakes super thicc I'm talking almost need a spoon thick 😍. All for a reasonable price, couldn't have asked for a better dining experience many thanks to the super friendly staff.

Very disappointed with breakfast but even more disappointed with how my complaint was handled. It was very confrontational and awkward. I ordered a wrap specifically because it said 'crispy' bacon. I managed to eat a third but was only getting mouthfuls of very fatty bacon. So I returned it and asked nicely for a refund. My dish was returned to me by a very confrontational waitress who advised me it was crispy and they would not refund the dish because I didn't like the way it was Cooked. I had to deconstruct the wrap with my fingers and show her how fatty and 'uncrispy' the bacon was.  Unable to argue my point she left with the dish. She the returned and advised that they would not refund the $15 from my $85 bill, instead they were going to remake it for me. I advised her that I didn't want another one. She refused to refund me, so I offered her to make us 2 more coffees instead, which she but it made me smile that they only provided small ones.  I decided to look at their reviews and politely asked a waitress what the name of the cafe was. As I open the reviews the first one I see is about a disgusting and arrogant owner, bang he arrives at my table and gives me his social media card and questions the drama. I smiled gracefully thanked him for the coffee and couldn't wait to get out of there.  Old school business owners like this need to recognise their limitations and hand over customer service to someone whose better equipped with a nicer personality. I'm not local but these businesses rely on local trade out of season, reputations spread quickly amoungst staff and clients. You're not doing your business any favours, you're not business smart at all. There was a beautiful little waitress Georgia, smiled was genuine
