I went to this store to exchange something that I bought on Ripe's website. The salesperson has refused to exchange the item and has explained to me that "she is not owned by Ripe, she only buys stock from them". She was condescending and the conversation has been very upsetting to me. I was considering to buy some clothes in the store but after this experience I would not even go back there if it was the last maternity store on earth. Just for the record, it is stated on Ripe's website as well as on the invoice that returns and exchanges on items ordered online can be done in store. This store is listed on Ripe's website as a Ripe store. Even if it refuses to acknowledge that fact. After the lady told me that lots of women come there with the same issue and she has to send them away, I suggested she maybe call Ripe to rectify the statement on their website and save other people from wasting their and her time, she said I don't understand and pretty much whisked me out of the store.
