I've just had the worst customer service experience. I Was looking at clothes on a rack when I suddenly heard someone say excuse me. I looked and it was the lady in the store (attendant) with clothes to put on the rack where I was. No greeting, no smile, no warmness in her tone or on her face. She gave me a clear message to leave and I did.
